The sailing workshop is mainly for beginners. The theoretical work, which should not be disregarded, especially for sailing, will be taught in the working hours in the morning. The children will drive to the school’s own harbour where they will turn their theoretical knowledge into practise by sailing jolly-boats (Optimists) and cutters. But the tutors will also organize outdoor-games, championships in paddling on surfboards or creating knots and show what needs to be done on a boat. The sailors can even get the Hohenfels’ Opti-Diploma by passing the test at the end of the camp.
