Scholarships awarded at Salem

At Salem young people learn how to assume responsibility for themselves and for others. For this reason, the term "Elite" in Salem is not just restricted to excellence in schooling. Good marks are a  basic prerequisite for a successful scholarship application, but for scholarship holders we, of course, also assume a particular personal attitude, i.e. setting a high demand on oneself and being able to apply one's knowledge and skills for the good of others.

Salem needs clever brains. Heike Bueb, teacher, has played an active part for many years in selecting scholarship holders and clearly puts it in a nutshell, "At the interviews the applicants hold the mirror up in front of us, here at Salem. From their expectations and visions we are able to see who we are. We also see what we are still able to become together with these talented youngsters".

What are the scholarships awarded at Salem?
