As a complement to the Abitur certificate or the Full Diploma of the IB, the school-leavers of Schloss Salem School receive the so-called Salem Report, in which all the knowledge and skills they have acquired outside the classroom are documented. This highlights each pupil’s involvement in services and arts, sports and offices. Key qualities such as community spirit, organisational talent or manual skills are also honoured along with the ability to assert what one perceives to be right in the face of all kinds of resistance.
Salem’s mission to provide not just an academic education, but one in which the whole personality is allowed to develop, is followed consistently by the school – as the Salem Report clearly illustrates.
